SWEET AND SPICY SHRIMP QUICK AND EASY ENJOY DAN:

SWEET AND SPICY SHRIMP  QUICK AND EASY by CHEF DAN:
Serves 8-10

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds, shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons grape-seed oil
1/4- cup MAE PLOY sweet chili sauce
1/4-cup orange marmalade
1/4-cup lime juice
1/4-cup DAN’S honey
 3 garlic cloves, minced

DIRECTIONS:

1.     Mix shrimp and next 6 ingredients together in a bowl.
2.     In a wok over high-heat add oil and when sizzling.
3.     Add all the ingredients and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque,
4.     Serve over jasmine rice.
5.     Garnish with scallions and cilantro.
