SALMON ON THE TRAEGER PELLET GRILL ENJOY DAN:

             SALMON ON THE TRAEGER PELLET GRILL by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 (6 Oz) salmon fillets, skin on

SAUCE:
1/3-cup honey
3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon EACH Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, lemon n herbs seassoning and garlic powder
1/2-cup brown sugar
Seas salt and Seasoned Pepper Medley


DIRECTIONS:
1.   Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2.   Rub salmon fillets on both sides with sauce, reserve any extra unused sauce.
3.   Start your Traegar grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established, about 4-5 minutes.
4.   Set the temperature to 350 F and preheat, lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
5.   Place fillets on the grill and cook 7 minutes on each slide.
6.   Let fish rest for about 3-5 minutes,
7.   Serve with extra sauce.
