FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY VANILLA YOGURT by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:

cup plain yogurt

tablespoons honey
1/2-teaspoon
vanilla extract
Seeds
scraped from 1/2-vanilla bean
2
teaspoon lemon juice
1
tablespoon coconut oil
2
teaspoons lemon juice
1
banana, sliced
1/4-cup
fresh pineapple chunks
1/4-cup
fresh strawberries, halved
1/4-cantaloupe
chunks
1/4-orange
segments
1/4-fresh
pomegranate seeds
1/2-cup
blueberries
1
tangerine peeled and segment separated
1-1/2-teaspoons
poppy seeds
1/4-cup
walnuts
Pinch
of salt and ground ginger
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Combine
yogurt, and next 6 ingredients in a bowl.
2.
set
aside.
3.
Mix
banana and next 7 ingredients in another bowl.
4.
set
aside.
5.
Combine
yogurt and banana mixture into a glass bowl.
6.
Stir
in poppy seeds and walnuts.
7.
Spoon
the glass bowl mixture into serving bowls.
