TOMATO AND AVOCADO SALAD

tomatoes vine ripe, chopped

avocado, chopped
1/4-onion,
diced

tablespoon grape seed oil
1
tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1
teaspoon EACH lime juice, ground cumin, and Turkish oregano

radishes, thinly sliced
1/4-cup
croutons
DIRECTIONS:

Combine
all ingredients in a bowl and toss together.
2.
Let
stand 5 minutes before serving.
