CREAMED LAKE ENJOY DAN:

                                     CREAMED KALE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups chopped kale (ribs removed)
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 red onion, finely chopped
1-cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4-cup cashews
1 teaspoon EACH garlic powder and onion powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Garnish with sunflower seeds

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Heat vegetable over medium-high heat and when sizzling,
2.   Add onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
3.   Transfer to a blender; add Greek yogurt and next 6 ingredients.
4.   Pulse until smooth.
5.   Return yogurt mixture back to the skillet.
6.   Bring to a simmer over medium-heat.
7.   Stir in kale and cook until kale is tender about 5 minutes.
8.   Garnish with sunflower seeds.
