SWEDISH MEATBALLS by

INGREDIENTS:
1
pound ground beef
1/2-onion,
chopped
1/2-cup
Panko
1
egg
1
teaspoon sea salt
1/4--teaspoon
EACH Seasoned Pepper Medley, garlic powder and cumin powder
1-teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1
cup beef broth
1
cup sour cream
2
tablespoons Lingonberry preserve
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Mix
first 7 ingredients together.
2.
Shape
into balls.
3.
Brown
in a skillet.
4.
Pour
beef broth over meatballs.
5.
Simmer
for 20 minutes.
6.
Add
sour cream and stir well.
7.
Serve
with mashed potatoes.
8.
Top
with Lingonberry preserve.
