SPICY
CHICKEN BREAST TENDERLOIN by CHEF DAN:
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
8
chicken breast tenderloins
2
tablespoon olive oil
1/2-red
bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1/2-green
bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
1
apple cut into thin slices
1
onion, cut into bit size pieces
2
garlic cloves, minced
1/2-cup
white wine
1
teaspoon lemon pepper
1
teaspoon cayenne pepper
1
tablespoon chili powder
1/4-teaspoon
(EACH) paprika, ground turmeric, and curry powder
Coarse
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Heat
the oil in a skillet over medium-heat.
2.
Stir
in apple, bell peppers, garlic, and onion.
3.
Cook
and stir for about 5 minutes.
4.
Stir
in the chicken, spices, lemon pepper, wine and salt and pepper.
5.
Cook
for another 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
