AVOCADO TOAST WITH AHI TUNA ENJOY DAN:

                 AVOCADO TOAST WITH AHI TUNA by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoon white miso
2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 jalapeno, minced
Pinch of salt
4 ounces sushi grade tuna
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
1 avocado
2 slices San Juan 9 grain bread by Franz

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a bowl mix together, the miso and next 5 ingredients:
2.   Cube the tuna and dice the avocado.
3.   Transfer the tuna and avocado to a bowl.
4.   Drizzle the dressing and gently toss until evenly coated.
5.   Toast the 9-grain bread.
6.   Place the tuna avocado mixture atop the bread.
7.   Garnish with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
