THAI SPICED PINEAPPLE BEEF SHORT RIB INT CROCK POT THEN GRILLED ENJOY DAN:

THAI SPICED PINEAPPLE BEEF SHORT RIBS IN THE CROCK POT THEN GRILL
                                                                                         By CHEF DAN:
Serves 12

INGREDIENTS:
5 pounds, bone in beef short ribs
1 fresh pineapple, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4-cup mango teriyaki sauce
1/4-cup tamarind concentrate
1/3-cup apple cider vinegar
1/4- cup honey
1 slick lemon grass, peeled and minced
1 thumb-size fresh ginger, grated
1/4-cup lime juice
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sumac

DIRECTIONS:
1.  Place the beef in the crock-pot.
2.  Through everything else in the blender, pulse until smooth.
3.  Pour over the meat in the crock-pot.
4.  Cook on low for 6-hours.

PREPARE THE GRILL:
1.  Remove the short ribs from the crock-pot.
2.  Grill on high for 2-4 minutes on each side.
3.   The ribs should be slightly charred and tender.
