TANDOORI MARSALA OMELETTE ENJOY DAN:

             TANDOORI MARSALA OMELETTE by CHEF DAN:
Makes 1 omelette serves 2

INGREDIENTS:
1/2-onion, thinly chopped
1/2- tomato thinly chopped
1-jalapeno seeded and finely chopped
1/4-cup red bell pepper finely chopped
1/4-EACH Tandoori masala, garam masala, green chili powder, chipotle powder, sumac, barbara powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried oregano, and white pepper powder
1/2-teaspoon turmeric
Fresh bunch of chopped cilantro leaves
1/2-tablespoon milk
1/2-teaspoon butter
Sea salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Break the eggs in a bowl and add chopped onion, tomato, red pepper, and jalapeno.
2.   Mix well and add Tandoori powder and next 10 ingredients plus turmeric powder and a splash of salt.
3.   Mix very well for a minute to blend all flavors of all spices.
4.   Finally add fresh cilantro leaves and 1/4-teaspoon milk.
5.   Mix all ingredients until well blended.
6.   Heat butter in a skillet over medium-heat when sizzling.
7.   Pour the egg mixture and spread it evenly.
8.   Leave to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
9.   Till the egg mixture are set and gets cooked from down side.
10.                Check to see if omelet ready to flip.
11.                If ready carefully flip and cook for a few more minutes.
12.                Serve with toast.
