SALAD DRESSING WITH CHIPOTLE PEPPER SAUCE ENJOY DAN:

CHIPOTLE BUTTERMILK DRESSING by CHEF DAN:


Serves 6-8



INGREDIENTS:



1/2-cup buttermilk

1/4-cup light mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

1 teaspoon TABASCO chipotle sauce

1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar

1/8teaspoon each salt and freshly ground black pepper



DIRECTIONS:



1. Combine all the ingredients in a pint mason jar and shake well.

2. Refrigerate until needed.
