I BOUGHT FRESH SILVER SALMON TODAY AND SO HERE IS MY RECIPE ENJOY DAN I WILL.

POACHED SALMON by CHEF DAN:


Serves 2



INGREDIENTS:



1 pounds salmon fillets

1 tablespoon butter

1/2- cup white wine

1/2- cup water

A few slices of thinly sliced onion

1/2- teaspoon lemon pepper

1/2- teaspoon dried parsley flacks

1/2- dried tarragon

1/2- teaspoon of dried dill or several springs’ fresh dill

Freshly ground black pepper



DIRECTIONS:



1. In a skillet over medium-high, add butter until bobbling, add onions, wine, water, lemon pepper, parsley flecks, tarragon, and dill.

2. Place salmon fillets, skin- side down over the onions and spices.

3. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until fish flacks.

4. Do not over cook.

5. Serve sprinkled with fresh ground black pepper.
