SHRIMP-MARINARA SAUCE AND FETA, THAT'S WHATS FOR DINNER TONIGHT. ENJOY DAN:

SPICY SHRIMP MARINARA WITH FETA by CHEF DAN:


Serves 2



INGREDIENTS:



1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined

2 teaspoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4- teaspoon red pepper flacks

2 tablespoons white wine

2 cups marinara sauce

2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4- cup feta cheese



DIRECTIONS:



1. In a sauce pan over medium-heat and garlic and red pepper, cook 1 minute.

2. Add wine, stir until almost evaporated.

3. Stir in marinara sauce and dried oregano.

4. Stir in crumbled feta, and shrimp.

5. Cook until shrimp is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
