MASHED POTATOES MY WAY by
CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
1/4-cup
cream cheese, softened
1/2-cup
sour cream
1/4-cup
softened butter + 1-tablespoon, divided
1-envelope
ranch salad dressing mix
1-teaspoon
garlic powder
1-tablespoon
minced fresh chives
6-cups
warm mashed potatoes, (without milk or butter)
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, 1/4-cup butter + next 3 ingredients.
2.
Stir
into mashed potatoes.
3.
Transfer
to a crock-pot.
4.
Cook
on low for 2-3 hours.
5.
Top
with remaining butter.
