CROCK POT BEEF AND BARLEY SOUP ENJOY DAN:


                 CROCK POT BEEF AND BARLEY SOUP by CHEF DAN:
Serves 10

INGREDIENTS:
2-pounds lean boneless beef chuck steak, trimmed
1-onion, chopped
1-1/2-pound new potatoes, peeled & diced
3-multi-colored carrots, sliced
8-cremini mushrooms, sliced
3-garlic cloves, smashed
1-cup uncooked barley
6 cups beef broth
1-(8 Oz) can tomato sauce
2-tablespoons EACH Worcestershire sauce, & dry mustard
2-teaspoons salt1-teaspoon black pepper.

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
2.   Stir to combine.
3.   Cook on low 8-9 hours.
