ORIENTAL STYLE NOODLES PORK WITH VEGGIES by

INGREDIENTS:
1-(7
Oz) package Pad Thai noodles
2-thin
pork chops, pounded & then cut into strips
1-(16
Oz) package frozen oriental vegetables
2-tablespoons
grape-seed oil
1-onion,
diced
1-carrot,
shredded
1-1/2cups
broccoli, shredded
2-garlic
cloves, minced
1-thumb-size
fresh ginger, grated
1/4-cup
dry roasted peanuts
Garnish
with scallions, bias sliced into 1/2-slices
SAUCE:
2-tablespoons
EACH honey, lime juice & rice wine vinegar
3-tablespoon
EACH soy sauce & oyster sauce
1-tabllespoon
fish sauce
1-teaspoon
sesame oil
3-teaspoon
cornstarch
1-1/2-teaspoons
white pepper
1/2-teaspoon
red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Cook
rice sticks according to package directions.
2.
Drain
& set aside.
3.
Pound
the chops until very thin & then cut into strips.
4.
In
a zip-Lok bag add all sauce ingredients, then add sliced pork.
5.
turn
sever times to coat.
6.
The
pork needs to marinate at least 3 hours, or overnight.
7.
Heat
1-tablespoon oil in a wok over medium-high heat & when sizzling.
8.
Add
onion, & next 4 ingredients, + frozen vegies sauté for 4 minutes.

Cook
for 5-6 minutes,

Add
pork strips with marinate & cook until bubbling.

Add
noodles, then lower heat & simmer for 12-15 minutes.

Garnish
with peanuts & scallions:
