PORK CHOPS WITH RED WINE

INGREDIENTS:
4
boneless pork chops
1
onion thinly sliced
3/4-cup
Merlot
1-1/2-tablespoons
olive oil
1
teaspoon EACH thyme, and oregano
2
garlic cloves minced
Kosher
salt and fresh black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
(PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 400 F)
1.
Toss
all the seasoning, and oil over the pork chops, onions, and garlic in prepared
baking dish.
2.
Season
with salt and pepper to taste.
3.
Pour
the wine over the top.
4.
Bake
for 40 minutes,
