EASY SHRIMP SCAMPI WITH ANGLE HAIR PASTA by

INGREDIENTS:
2
tablespoons olive oil
2
garlic cloves, minced
1
teaspoon EACH red pepper flakes, smoked paprika and cumin
1-pound
shrimp, peeled and deveined
2
tablespoon EACH white wine and lemon juice
1
tablespoon lemon pepper
1/4-teaspon
Italian seasoning
2
tablespoon fresh snipped chives
1/2-cup
angel hair pasta
Sea
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Cook
the pasta in salted water according to package directions:

In
a skillet over medium-heat, add the olive oil and when sizzling.
3.
Add
the garlic and next 3 ingredients and sauté for 1-minute.
4.
Increase
heat to high, add shrimp and the next 4 ingredients.
5.
Stir
well and sauté until shrimp are opaque about 3-4 minutes.
6.
Season
with salt and black pepper.
7.
Remove
pasta from pot and swirl the pasta and place on a plate.
8.
Place
the shrimp mixture over the swirled pasta.
9.
Top
with fresh snipped chives.
