PORK ROAST IN THE CROCK POT WITH PINEAPPLE ENJOY DAN:

      PORK ROAST IN THE CROCK POT WITH PINEAPPLE   by CHEF DAN:
serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS:
6 pound shoulder pork roast
1 (20 Oz) can pineapple chunks, with juice
1/2-cup brown sugar
1/2-cup soy sauce
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1.    Place the pork roast seasoned with salt and pepper in a crock pot.
2.    Pour in pineapple and remaining ingredients:
3.    Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
4.    Serve with cooking juices.
