PORK ROAST IN THE CROCK POT WITH
PINEAPPLE by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
6
pound shoulder pork roast
1
(20 Oz) can pineapple chunks, with juice
1/2-cup
brown sugar
1/2-cup
soy sauce
Sea
salt and freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:

Place
the pork roast seasoned with salt and pepper in a crock pot.
2.
Pour
in pineapple and remaining ingredients:

Cover
and cook on low 6-8 hours.
4.
Serve
with cooking juices.
