LIME DUMP CAKE FOR THE LADIES AT THE SOUP KITCHEN by CHEF DAN.
Serves

INGREDIENTS:
1
box white cake mix
1
stick butter, melted
1
(15Oz) can, crushed pineapple
2
(22 Oz) cans Key Lime Pie Filling
DIRECTIONS:
(preheat oven to 350 f)
1.
In
a cast-iron skillet or cake pan.
2.
Dump
the pineapple I and spread evenly over the bottom
3.
Add
Key Lime filling and spread evenly over the pineapple.
4.
Sprinkle
the cake mix over the fruit layers.
5.
Pour
the melted butter over the cake.
6.
In
a preheated oven bake for 1 hour.
7.
Cake
will have a light brown top.
8.
Serve
with whipped topping.
