EMORY’S SALAD DRESSING by
CHEF DAN:
Makes
about 1 cup
INGREDIENTS:
1/4-cup
olive oil
1/4-cup
balsamic vinegar
1/4-cup
Worcestershire sauce
1/4-cip
soy sauce
2
teaspoon Dijon mustard
1
garlic clove, minced
3/4-teaspoon
EACH dried oregano, basil, and sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Mix
all ingredients in a bowl.
2.
Season
with salt and pepper to taste.
Can be used as a marinate.
