NONNA PIA'S BALSAMIC REDUCTION ON FINN CRISP ENJOY DAN:

NONNA PIA’S BALSAMIC REDUCTION FINN CRISP by CHEF DAN:
serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
5 whole grains thin crispbread with sourdough rye
5 slices goat cheese
5 thin slices prosciutto
5 Symphony cherry tomato, ensemble
2 tablespoon Nonna Pia’s balsamic reduction, (Cabernet Merlot) (bought at Costco)

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Place Finn rye crisps on a platter.
2.   Place 1 slice of goat cheese on top.
3.   Place small piece of prosciutto on the cheese.
4.   Top with cherry tomato.
5.   Drizzle with Cabernet Merlot balsamic reduction.
