WILTED SPINACH WITH CHILE AND GARLIC by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound spinach, washed and trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1/4-teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place olive oil and garlic in a skillet over low-heat until the garlic begins to sizzle.
2. Add crushed red pepper.
3. Cook until garlic is golden.
4. Add spinach and saute until wilted.

5. Season with lemon juice.
