STEAMED VEGETABLES WITH A FANTASTIC SAUCE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 2-4

INGREDIENTS:

1/2-head cauliflower, trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 carrots peeled and sliced thin
2 cup broccoli, cut into 1-inch pieces
12 baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
1/2-head cabbage, chopped
12 snap peas, trimmed

SAUCE:

1.    1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2.    1 tablespoons soy sauce
3.    1 teaspoon hosin sauce
4.    1 tablespoon sweet and sour sauce
5.    1 tablespoon cornstarch
6.    1 cup of water

       DIRECTIONS:

1.    Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a pot with steamer insert.
2.    Add the veggies.
3.    Mix all the ingredients together of the sauce.
4.    Pour over vegetables.
5.     Cover and steam 4-5 minutes.
6.    Place in a bowl and pour any liquid in pot over the veggies.
