SPECIAL MOCHA COFFEE FOR THE SOUP KITCHEN LADIES AND SOUS

Serves 12
INGREDIENTS:
12 cups brewed coffee
1/4-cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons nutella
3 cinnamon stick
3 whole cloves
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 cups milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. After brewing the coffee.
2. Pour coffee into a sauce pan and add all the other ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil.
4. Skim off foam and reduce heat to low-simmer, stirring until well mixed and all the chocolate has melted.
5. Serve with whipped heavy cream.
