SIMPLE AND EASY CROCK POT BBQ. CHICKEN BREASTS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 lemon thinly sliced
1 (15oz) bottle of Doc Holliday’s Whiskey flavored Saloon BBQ. Sauce
1 cup coke a cola
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place the chicken in Crockpot.
2. Layer onion and lemon on top.
3. Mix together barbeque sauce and coke-cola.
4. Pour over the chicken.
5. Cook on high 4-5 hours on low 7-8 hours,
