MOROCCAN LEMON AND THYME DRINK:
Makes 1 quart by CHEF DAN:
1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup gin
6 springs of fresh thyme, roughly chopped
3 cups lemonade
DIRECTRIONS:
1. In a pestle and mortar, mash the ginger and sugar together.
2. Put into a large jar to finish the drink.
3. Add lemon juice and gin.
4. Add thyme.
5. Finish with lemonade, put into fridge and chill well.
6. Add ice to glassed and ENJOY DAN:
