SUPER BOWL BAKED JALAPENO POPPERS ENJOY DAN:

                    SUPER BOWL BAKED JALAPENO POPPERS by CHEF DAN:
Feeds a crowd

INGREDIENTS:
30 jalapeno pepper, sliced lengthwise and partially seeded
12 ounces of fresh mozzarella cheese
2 (8 Oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
Sea salt and Seasoned Pepper Medley to taste
1/4-teaspoon EACH smoked paprika, Tandoori masala, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder
1 cup Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 325)
1.   Lightly grease a baking sheet and set aside.
2.   In a bowl combine mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth.
3.   Spoon mixture into sliced jalapenos.
4.   In one bowl add milk, and in another bowl, combine flour ant next 7 ingredients:
5.   Dip each pepper into the flour, milk and once more into flour to coat.
6.   Let rest 10 minutes to dry.
7.   In a third bowl, add Panko.
8.   Dip peppers into milk and breadcrumbs and set aside for 5 minutes.
9.   In the prepared baking sheet add peppers and roast for about 30 minutes.
