SOY-SESAME DIPPING SAUCE MY WAY ENJOY DAN:

SOY SESAME DIPPING SAUCE MY WAY by CHEF DAN:
Makes about 1 cup

INGREDIENTS:
1/2-cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4-cup rice wine vinegar
3 scallions, bias-sliced into 1/2-inch lengths
1 tablespoon mirin
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
2 drops chili oil
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4-teaspoon fish sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Combine all ingredients in a Mason jar with a lid, and shake like devil.
2.   Keep pin the refrigerator
