STIR FRY VEGETABLES WOW ENJOY DAN:

FRY VEGETABLES OUT OF THE GARDEN by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 onion, diced
3 kohlrabi, peeled and thinly sliced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
3 cups green beans, ends rimed
1 bunch of bok choy, thinly sliced
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
3 radishes, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
3 teaspoons cornstarch
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Cooked rice

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a bowl stir soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch together.
2.   In a wok heat oil over medium-high heat, when sizzling.
3.   Add onion, kohlrabi, carrots, green beans, and radishes, sauté about 4-5 minutes.
4.   Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
5.   Add bok choy, zucchini, soy sauce mixture and sauté for 1 minute.
6.   Season with salt and pepper.
7.   Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds.
