HAMBURGER WITH BEEF SAUSAGE BACON AND JALAPENOS ENJOY DAN:

BRANDON HAMBURGER WITH BEEF SAUSAGE BACON AND JALAPENOS WITH AN EGG ON TOP:

Serves 12

INGREDIENTS:
1-pound ground beef
1-pound ground sausage
1 pound ground venison
6 jalapeño peppers, seeded
1 pound bacon
12 eggs
12 slices jack pepper jack cheese
12-medium sliced beef steak tomatoes
12 slices Wall Walla onions, caramelized
12 lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a skillet fry bacon until crispy.
2.   Set aside.
3.   In the same skillet add onion slices and caramelize till nice and golden.
4.   In the same skillet fry eggs over easy.
5.   Set aside.
6.   In a blender add jalapenos and fried bacon.
7.   Pulse until small pieces are combined.
8.   In a large bowl add all the meat and with jalapenos and bacon.
9.   With your hands mix all the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
10.                Make into patties of your preferred size.
11.                On a barbeque grill; turn to high-heat.
12.                Grill for 2-3 minutes turn over.
13.                Place cheese on top and grill 2-3 minutes longer.
14.                Toast the buns if so desired.
15.                On the buns add meat, egg, lettuce, sauté onion, tomatoes and any condiments you want.
