CRANBERRY WALNUT APPLE SLAW by

DRESSING:
3/4-cup
plain Greek yogurt
1/4-cup
mayonnaise
2-tablesapoons
lemon juice
1/4-cup
honey
1/4-teaspoon
mustard
1/2-teaspoon
cumin
Sea
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
COLESLAW:
1-small
head Napa or savory cabbage, shredded
2-carrots,
matchsticks
2-apples,
sliced int matchsticks
1/2-red
onion, sliced
3/4-cup
walnuts, roasted and chopped
3/4-cup
dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
a mixing bowl all dressing ingredients and season with salt & pepper.
2.
In
a large bowl mix together all coleslaw ingredients.
3.
Pour
dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to evenly coat.
