ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH JARLSBERG CHEESE ENJOY DAN:

                             ROASTED ASPARAGUS WITH JARLSBERG CHEESE by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/3-cup shredded Jarlsberg Semi Soft Part-Skim cheese
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper
1/4-teaspoon EACH garlic powder, ginger powder, and kosher salt

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F)
1.      Place asparagus in an ungreased baking sheet.
2.      Drizzle with oil.
3.      Toss to coat.
4.      Sprinkle with cheese and next 4 ingredients.
5.      Bake 20-30 minutes.
