HOISIN SALMON WITH SESAME SEEDS ENJOY DAN:

              HOISIN SALMON WITH SESAME SEEDS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2-teaspoon EACH fish sauce, and mirin
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4-teaspoon EACH grated fresh ginger, and red pepper flacks
4 scallions, bias sliced into 1/2-inch slices
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed

DIRECTIONS: (PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F)
1.   Toast sesame seed in a dry iron skillet, roast until they pop.
2.   Set aside.
3.   Spray baking dish with Pam.
4.   In a bowl whisk, together hoisin sauce and next 8 ingredients.
5.   Place salmon fillets in baking dish.
6.   Pour sauce over salmon and bake 15 minutes.
7.   Remove from oven and sprinkle with scallions.
