J BOB COLLAGE STYLE SOUP by CHEF

INGREDIENTS:
2
Cups frozen vegetables
1
onion, chopped
1
cup water
1
can tomato soup
1
cup stew meat
1/4-cup
salsa
1
garlic clove, minced
Salt
and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.
In
stock-pot add vegetables, water, meat, salsa, garlic and salt and pepper.
2.
Bring
to a boil over high-heat.
3.
Reduce
heat to low boil for 10 minutes.
4.
Turn
to low cover and simmer for 1 hour.
5.
Stir
occasionally.
6.
Add
more water as needed.
