INSTANT POT SPAGHETTI DINNER ENJOY DAN:


                   INSTANT POT SPAGHETTI DINNER by CHEF DAN:
Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:
2-tablespoons olive oil
1/2-onion, chopped
2-garlic cloves, smashed
1-pound Spaghetti broken in half

SAUCE:
1-(28 Oz) can diced tomatoes
3/8-cup tomato paste
2-cups tomato sauce
2.5-cups chicken broth
2-teaspoons EACH dried basil, dried parsley flakes, thyme and sumac
1-teaspoon EACH dried oregano, brown sugar, and salt
1/2-teaspoon EACH pepper flakes, black pepper, and garlic powder
1/2-cup red wine
1-teaspoon fennel seeds

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Push Saute on Instant Pot.
2.   Allow it to heat and then add oil.
3.   Saute onions for about 3 minutes.
4.   Add garlic and sate I-minute more.
5.   Add remaining ingredients.
6.   Lock on lid and seal pressure value.
7.   Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes.
8.   When beep sound, allow a 5 minutes Natural Pressure Release.
9.   Then carefully release the rest of the pressure.
