CAJUN SHRIMP ENJOY DAN:


                               CAJUN SHRIMP by CHEF DAN:
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
1/2-pound large prawns, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
 Cajon Spice Blend 1/3-teaspoon EACH garlic powder, onion powder ground chilis, paprika, cayenne +other spices
1/4-cup white wine

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a bowl mix all spice ingredients, mix well.
2.   In a skillet melt butter sauté garlic.
3.   Dredge one side of each prawn in the in the Cajun Spice Blend; sauté over medium-heat, turning once.
4.   Cook until prawns no longer transparent.
5.   Add wine and cook 15 seconds.

ENJOY DAN:                                      EAT FISH AND LIVE LONGER!!
