TURKEY TORTILLA SOUP FOR THE TREE FARM WORKERS ENJOY DAN:

TURKEY TORTILLA SOUP FOR THE TREE FARM WORKERS by CHEF DAN:
Serves 12

INGREDIENTS:
6 cups chicken broth
6 cups cooked turkey chopped
1 bag corn tortillas
1 (16 Oz) bottle thick and chunky green enchilada sauce
1 (16 Oz) bottle red enchilada sauce
1 (14.5 Oz) can black beans
2 cans (10 Oz) can RO*TEL diced tomatoes and green chilies.
1 tablespoon EACH cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, Chile powder, sugar, and Tandoori masala
1 (19 Oz) and Mae Ploy coconut milk
3 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/2-cup lime juice
3 avocados, peeled pitted and diced
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a stock pot over medium-heat, add all ingredients.
2.   Bring to a slow boil and reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3.   Stirring frequently.

GARNISHED:
Tortillas chips
Avocado
Cheese
Sour cream
Cilantro
Lime wedges
