MASHED POTATOES AND CELERY ROOT MASH ENJOY DAN:

MASHED POTATOES AND CELERY ROOT MASH by CHEF DAN:
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS:
3 pound new potatoes (about 8) peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
1 celery root, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1-6-inch pieces horseradish, peeled and coarsely grated or 2 tablespoon fresh horseradish
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2-cup butter
1/4-milk
1/4-cup Parmesan cheese
1/4-teaspoon EACH sea salt and Seasoned Pepper Medley
A pinch of nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:
1.   In a stock–pot of salted water; cook the potatoes and root in boiling water (enough to cover) about 20 minutes or until tender.
2.   Drain and place in a large bowl.
3.   Add remaining ingredients and mash with a masher until smooth.
