TILAPIA FILLETS WITH WINE SAUCE ENJOY DAN:

TILAPIA FILLETS ASPARAGUS WITH WHITE WINE SAUCE   
                                                                                           By CHEF DAN:                         
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
4 (4 Oz) tilapia fillets
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1/4-cup chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4-teaspoon sea salt.
1/4-teaspoon smoked paprika
2/3-cup white wine
1-1/2-teaspoons cornstarch
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2-teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1/4-teaspoon dried basil

DIRECTIONS:      PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES)
1.   Rinse fish and pat dry; set aside.
2.   In a baking dish stir together onion, carrots, broth, and garlic.
3.   Top with fish fillets.
4.   Sprinkle with salt, and paprika.
5.   Top with asparagus.
DRIZZLE WITH OILVE OIL
6.   Bake covered in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
7.   Meanwhile while fish is baking, heat wine in a sauce-pan over medium-heat.
8.   In a bowl combine cornstarch and lemon juice and whisk until blended.
9.   Add the cornstarch mixture to white wine.
10.                Add the dried basil and black pepper and cook for 2 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
11.                Spoon sauce over fish fillets.
