LIMEADE WITH KAFFIR LEAVES (WHICH ARE LIME LEAVES) ENJOY DAN:

GRANDSON JON CHILEAN LIMEADE by CHEF DAN:
Serves a few glasses

INGREDIENTS:
4 limes, plus more lime slices for garnish
8 cups water
1 cup Randy’s honey
10 kaffir leaves (available where Thai ingredients are sold)
1ce cubes

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Wash limes thoroughly.
2.   Cut off ends and discard.
3.   Cut lime into 8 wedges.
4.   Place the lime quarters in the blender with 2 cups of water, honey, some ice and half the kaffer leaves.
5.   Blend until the limes are crushed, the mixture should be slightly foamy with a whitish color.
6.   Strain the limeade and add remaining 6 cups of water.
7.   Serve with garnish and lime slices.
