RANDY'S LIMEADE WITH VODKA OR GIN AND KAFFIR LEAVES ENJOY DAN:
Serve a few glasses

INGREDIENTS:
4 limes, plus more lime slices for garnish
8 cups of water
1 cup Randy’s honey
10 kaffir leaves (which are lime leaves)
8-16 ounces of vodka or gin 1-2 cups, more or less
Ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:
1.   Wash limes thoroughly.
2.   Cut off ends and discard.
3.   Cut lime into 8 wedges.
4.   Place the quarter limes in the blender with 2 cups of water, Randy’s honey, some ice and half the kaffir leaves.
5.   Blend until limes are crushed.
6.   The mixture should be slightly foamy with a whitish color.
7.   Strain the limeade and add remaining 6 cups of water.
8.   Stir in the vodka or gin.
9.   Serve with ice and garnish with reaming kaffir leaves and lime slices.
