LETTING CHEESE BROWN DOES WONDERS FOR GREEN BEANS

                 GREEN BEANS WITH FETA & PARMESAN CHEESE by CHEF DAN:
Severs 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound green beans trimmed and left whole
1 tablespoon grape-seed oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/4-cup feta cheese
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4-teaspoon freshly ground pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1.    In a skillet over medium-heat, add oil and heat until simmering.
2.    Add beans, cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
3.    Stir occasionally and reduce heat if beans are browning too quickly.
4.    Sprinkle with parmesan and feta cheese, salt and pepper and simmer about 3 minutes, stirring gently or until cheese is melted.
