GARLIC, GARLIC, AND MORE GARLIC WITH ASPARAGUS ENJOY DAN:

                      ASPARAGUS WITH LOT’S OF GARLIC by CHEF DAN:
Serves 6-8

INGREDIENTS:

2 pounds of asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1-inch ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS:   (pre-heat oven to 400 degrees)

1.     In a large bowl toss, asparagus, oil, garlic, ginger, and salt and pepper.
2.     Spread on a baking sheet.
3.     Roast until tender and browned in spots, about 15 minutes.
