SWEET POTATO FRIES by

INGREDIENTS:
4 sweet potatoes cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
4 sweet potatoes cut into 1/4-inch thick fries
2
tablespoons cornstarch
1
teaspoons EACH cumin, and paprika
1/2-teaspoon
EACH, ground coriander, and sea salt
1/4-teasapoon
black pepper
1
tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
(PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 F)
1.
Combine
cornstarch and next 5 ingredients in a bowl
2.
Place
in a zip-lok bag.
3.
Place
sweet potatoes in the bag and turn to coat.
4.
Place
on prepared baking sheet, DO NOT crowd.
5.
Drizzle
with olive oil.
6.
Bake
for 25 minutes, stirring 3 times.
7.
Serve
with chopped cilantro.
