COUSCOUS MY WAY by

INGREDIENTS:
1
tablespoon olive oil
1
cup couscous
1/4-cup
water
1/2-English
cucumber, thinly sluiced
1/2-tomato
thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Add
oil in skillet over medium-heat and when sizzling.
2.
Add
couscous, water and stir for 1 minutes.
3.
Add
turmeric and stir for 1 minutes more.
4.
Remove
from heat and let cool.
5.
Pour
into a salad bowl and stir in cucumber and tomato.

Walnuts
chopped, apple chopped, dried cranberries and shallots chopped
