AVOCADO AND RADISH ON TOAST by
CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:
2
slices Franz San Juan Island 9 grain bread
1
avocado
3
red radishes thinly sliced on a mandolin
1
lime
1
tomato thinly sliced
Salt
and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Toast
the bread.
2.
Half
the avocado and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
3.
Cut
the lime in half and squeeze the juice over the avocado.
4.
Add
a pinch of salt.
5.
Mash
the mixture with fork.
6.
Spread
the avocado mixture on each piece of toast.
7.
Lauer
the tomato on top.
8.
Then
layer the sliced radish ever the tomato.
9.
Season
with salt and pepper.
