WATERMELON GRANITA by

INGREDIENTS:
6
cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch pieces, half a watermelon
3/4-cup
tequila
2/3-cup
lime juice
1/4-cup
Blue Raw Agave
1/4-teaspoon
curry blend
1/2-cup
loosely packed mint leaves
DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a bowl.

Using an immersion blender, puree until smooth.

Transfer pureed mixture into a9X13 baking pan.

Place in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour.
-
take out and scrape ice crystals that have formed and mix well.

return to the freezer and freeze for and repeat process.

Do this for 4 hours.

transfer granita to a freeze safe sealable container.
