MIDDLE EASTERN BRAISED CAULIFLOWER

INGREDIENTS:
3
tablespoon olive oil
2
shallots, finely chopped
2
garlic cloves, minced
1/2-teaspoon
EACH cumin, tandoori Marsala, ground coriander, salt, ground marjoram
6
cups cauliflower-florets, (1-1nch thick)
2
plum tomatoes, diced
DIRECTIONS:
-
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-heat when sizzling.

Add shallots and garlic and saute for about 1 minute.

Sprinkle with cumin and next 4 ingredients.

Stir and saute for 30 seconds.

Add remaining tablespoon oil, cauliflower and tomatoes.

Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.

Uncover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 more minutes or until sauce is thickened.ENJOY DAN: SING SONGS & PLANT SEEDS!!
