POT ITALIAN SAUSAGE LINKS WITH MIXED BEANS by CHEF DAN:

INGREDIENTS:

sausage link, finely sliced

onion, chopped
3
garlic cloves, smashed
1/3-cup
ketchup
1/3-cup
barbecue sauce
1-1/2-cup
red wine
3
tablespoon brown sugar
1
tablespoon EACH chili powder and Tandoori Masala
1
teaspoon EACH sea salt, and Seasoned Pepper Medley
2
tablespoons prepared mustard
1(15.5
Oz) can spicy pork and beans
1-(4
Oz) can green chilies, diced
1
(15.5 Oz) black beans
1-(15.5)
can great northern beans
1
(8 Oz) crushed pineapple
DIRECTIONS:
1.
Combine
all ingredients into the slow cooker.
2.
Cover
and on on high for 1 hour.
3.
Reduce
heat to low and about 5 hours.
